StudioFlow is a done-for-you AI creative production service. We produce ad creatives for ecom brands using AI trained on your brand, your products, and your account data. We are not an advertising agency and do not manage your ad campaigns, media buying, or paid media strategy. Any performance metrics, revenue results, or ad production volume shown from clients we have worked with are not typical and should not be taken as a guarantee of your results. Individual results depend on factors including your ad account setup, media buying strategy, audience targeting, offer quality, and market conditions, none of which are within our control. Our guarantee applies specifically to the creative output we produce - if the ads we deliver in the first 30 days do not outperform your current best-performing creative as measured by your agreed benchmark metric, you will not be charged. This guarantee is subject to you providing timely access to your ad account, brand assets, and onboarding information as specified during the intake process, and to the ads being tested with sufficient budget to generate statistically meaningful data. We reserve the right to determine whether the guarantee conditions have been met based on the agreed benchmark established at the start of the engagement.
